On this past Monday, I had a chance to attend a food workshop leaded by Michelle Marek from the culinary lab of the SAT and the Oenopole wine agency. The theme was which wines to chose for the holidays menu. The wines were chosen to pair particularly with Turkey, a centerpiece in many canadian homes for Christmas.
This workshop proved that there are many wine alternatives to choose when pairing wine and turkey. From sparkling wines to light white and red wines.
